You may already feel Qi.
But feeling Qi is not the same as cultivating it.
Shengxuan Baduanjin is a traditional Daoist daoyin practice that trains the body to rebuild internal structures to refine Qi — forming a grounded foundation for genuine Daoist cultivation.
This is not a fitness routine, and not a modern wellness adaptation.
It is a body-based Daoist cultivation method that:
• Cultivates jing (essence) and qi, not just activates energy;
• Strengthens internal Qi pathways through form, breath, and intention;
• Helps developing clearer and more reliable Qi perception;
• Helps preventing scattering, depletion, and overstimulation in Qi exploration;
• Supports health, emotional balance, and long-term vitality;
• Build a safe, grounded foundation for long-term cultivation

Rooted in Daoist practice traditions tracing back over 2,000 years, Shengxuan Baduanjin is taught here as a complete and lifelong method, not a temporary exercise.
This course is for those ready to move
from experiencing Qi
to walking a Daoist path through the body.
Shengxuan Baduanjin is designed for those who wish to cultivate jing and qi, improve overall health, strengthen Qi perception and sensitivity, and begin Daoist body-based cultivation.
No prior background in Taoism is required.
This practice is taught in a gentle, balanced, and steady way, making it accessible to beginners while allowing for gradual and reliable progress.
Although Shengxuan Baduanjin is categorized within the Shengxuan system as an entry-level form practice, this does not mean it is superficial or limited in depth. On the contrary, it is a complete method that can be practiced over the long term, continuing to bring refinement, stability, and transformation as one’s cultivation deepens.
Many practitioners are able to sense Qi but are unsure how to stabilize, refine, and work with it over time. Without a grounded bodily foundation, Qi experience can become scattered or inconsistent.
Shengxuan Baduanjin addresses this stage by emphasizing form, structure, and steadiness, helping the body gradually develop the capacity to hold and circulate Qi in a balanced way. Through consistent practice, it supports the cultivation and replenishment of jing and qi, rather than merely stimulating sensation.
For those who already feel Qi, this practice offers a way to move from experience to cultivation, providing a stable foundation for long-term Daoist body-based practice.
The course provides detailed instruction on all eight sections of Shengxuan Baduanjin, as well as guided practice videos and audio recordings to support regular practice.
Each section is taught step by step, with attention to form, breath, intention, and internal coordination. In addition to learning the movements, students are guided in how to practice them steadily and safely over time.
The overall structure and progression of the course are outlined clearly in the course syllabus, which shows how the eight sections fit together as a complete practice.
The course is delivered as a recorded online program, allowing you to study and practice at your own pace.
All lessons and guided practice materials are available for you to access anytime. This makes it possible to progress steadily, revisit sections as needed, and integrate the practice into your daily life according to your own rhythm.
This self-paced format is intentionally chosen to support consistent, long-term practice, rather than rushing through the material.
Yes. All students enrolled in paid training programs have access to a private community.
Within this space, you can ask questions, share your practice progress, and learn together with fellow students who are working through the same training. The community is intended as a focused environment for practice-related discussion and integration.
For questions that are commonly shared across many students, selected topics will be gradually addressed and added to the Q&A section of the course, so that everyone can benefit from the clarification over time.
